cheap protein powder

I found some wal-mart brand protein powder at a scratch-n-dent grocery. Pure Protein is the name wal-mart also carries 5 star.
Are the protein content pretty accurate on these?

i just use truenutrition man. it's cheap and pure protein that;s tested and no fillers. if you add flavor to whey iso it comes out to about 11-13 bucks a pound.

Yeah bro it is just fine. The way cheap protein is cheap is it has more whey concentrate in it than isolate. Concentrate is what gives you the protein farts.

Isolate is broken down to more digestable components and Hydrolysed is broken down even further but IMO is not needed. Use this 50% off protein. If you like it you will not miss out on LBS of muscle using cheap stuff. It is more about comfort and stinky farts.

I too use true nutrition. I get the low sweetener blend and it is the best I have found.
