I’m curious if anyone here has any experience with vitamin b6 or vitamin b12 injections? If so, what was your protocol? How many mcg for how long etc.

i tried them and didnt get any benefit at all. from what i understand if you arent low or severely low you wont even be able to tell a difference. they hurt a bit too hahaTGBSupplements REP

B 12 shots that hurt? No way unless I have to. I eat brewers yeast ed for b. I try to reduce my shots since Ive injected myself over a few thousand times with GEAR and my injection sites are scared up like an old leather baseball glove ! lolComment
