There and many ways to lower triglycerides. But what about the stored triglycerides how do you rid of those?

or just take nialor daily like i do and it keeps all my numbers in check even while blasting. only bad thing is it doesnt do dick for my hdl which hovers in the mid to upper 30s most of the time and sometimes will creep into the 40s. sucks getting old but it is what it isOriginally posted by jipped genes View PostYes indeed.
