    Re: cold brew tea

Cold brew coffee is great. Why not tea? I will assume you that like coffee you do not get as much caffeine, oils and perhaps antioxidants but also like coffee it probably reduces bitterness and makes a smooth glass of tea.

I like cold brew coffee. I did not know cold brew tea was a thing.

Back in the day I made "sun tea" it was similar as you used time more than heat to brew it. Water might get up to 115-120 f at the most in the sun. Maybe hotter on a really hot day but far from boiling water like normal brew. It was a big thing in the 80s.
Try it and let us know.

My wife has purchase a tea press and a coffee press.
You just add the tea let it sit over night and press.
        Just takes longer to brew

Guns, the best. I remember my grandmother had one of those glass jugs with the yellow top and she would set it on the back patio. It was 1.5 gallons and she would make a new one every day as we would drink that up.

if you are going southern style it is add till it's like syrup. i think it's right around a cup though. when we do homemade tea we use splenda or just drink it unsweetened

Jolter, Kombucha is OK for me. My wife loves it. I hear it is good for ya but I will stick to regular iced tea.
