I know Salmon and Tuna are good cuts of fish...... What about Catfish ?

catfish is good for you..it is an oily fish high in omega III's just like salmon. a lot of people stigmatize it because it is a bottom feeder, and if you catch your own, the taste will be determined by the quality of water you catch them from. most reataurant catfish are farm raised in controlled water with a controlled diet, and are predictably bland and unoffensive in tase. they are ok blackened or grilled. I just don't do deep fried anymore, even though I am from the southThere is no substitute for experience......

Thanks bro that was more of what I was looking for.... where I am the game fish such as tuna, mahi mahi, salmon isnt exactly always the freshest tasting.... well this time of year..
