CEL tudca and CEL Cycle Assist are great. LIV 52 is probably the best for liver support. -

yep tudca and nac. make sure your tudca is actually tudca though. their are tons of underdosed and mislabeled products out there. supremelabs on here carries a damn good oneTGBSupplements REP

A liver panel consists of, among other values, bilirubin and AST/ALT.
TUDCA is used to lower bilirubin (cholestatic liver injury).
NAC is used to lower AST/ALT (hepatocellular liver injury).
There is some overlap but they are different forms of microscopic organ damage ultimatelyComment
