If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I have used R-ALA in the past but never a blended supplement. I would assume like all supps some are better than others. Some use higher quality ingredients. I am curious too.

I want to order a GDA but not sure about which brand, are they all the same?
How many of you have tried them? Likes? Dislikes? What brands do you like best?
i have a thread on here where i used glycophase from sns nutrition and did glucose readings with it. i have also used md gda off of true nutrition as well. those are the only two that i have good experience with. i have been reading a lot of good stuff that the new one from chemix is supposed to be on point as well but i have zero experience with it and have only read about it

I ordered DRIVER from MTS Nutrition, i will try it and see how it goes. I tried the SNS Nutrition gda as well and loved it. If MTS doesnt work ill go back to SNS

Ive used SNS brand before and it works great. I am using DRIVER by MTS Nutrition now and its pretty good too. But ince it runs out i am going back to SNS.
