  • Milk, or Milk Alternatives

Do you drink milk, or go for a milk alternative? (Almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, etc..) I've gone back and forth so many times. I was on an almond milk kick, then coconut milk, tried the oat milk, but I always seem to find myself back with regular grassfed organic dairy milk.

There's so much info out there. I've read that it's terrible for you, then I read that it's not that bad lol. It never gives me any problems and I really don't drink that much. Half a cup or so with my oatmeal in the morning and that's about it. Just curious what everyone else drinks.

Agree, I prefer dairy milk. I just use regular whole milk. I do not spring for the organic stuff as it is 2-3x as much. You get good protein from regular milk and if you have no probs with digestion then it is all good. Not really anything beneficial in fake milk other than being low calorie and not tasting as good.

That said I will drink a big glass of ice cold unsweetened almond milk from time to time.

Yeah I keep finding myself reaching for the dairy milk. I guess I'll just keep switching it up with whatever feels right at the time lol. I like both dairy milk and the almond milk. There's a brand called Malk that makes a maple pecan milk. Sounds weird, but it's pretty good in oatmeal.
