    VEGA protein

    Alright...alright...alright...now this is a good pant based protein! Just chill here I am not claiming to be vegan,lol. I have a very hard time tolerating protein supps and I do prefer whey ut it doesntike me. Even the plant proteins don't always agree with me. This one is pretty good so far and has a whole lot of good stuff in it. If you are looking for a non whey protein, try this one out. trhe coconut almond is good too.

    you need to order you some protein up from truenutrtion baby1. pure protein with nothing else in it and then find the best one for you. i am pretty sure they sell samples or small packs of individual proteins to test out

      Thanks guns, I will take a look at them again. Its beens years ut I did always like their stuff. The less ingredients the better

        I have a friend at work who uses vega one meal replacement shake. She says it is good for her gut.
