Collagen dosing

For those of you that use collagen protein what kind of dosing or regimen do you use?

I currently use 20-30mg first thing in the morning with my first cup of coffee.

I’m just curious how much guys are taking!

Prob getting close to a year. I haven’t really noticed any huge gastro impact either way. It definitely doesn’t hurt my stomach! I noticed a huge difference on joint pain when I DONT use it...

Going to start using it this weekend when my supplement shipment arrives. Heard the benefits are great for joints and even skin.

that or gut issues. that's why i was asking if you were having any problems. i havent taken the plunge myself yet

wasnt me man. unless someone told me about it and i passed it along but i am pretty sure it wasnt me. i do have diet brain though and i am slightly stupid
