Does anyone know what happened to Allthewhey.com? I used to get my isolate from them but i go to their site and its gone. Is there a similar protein that tastes good with low carbs?

truenutrition is who i use. nothing but pure protein and you can keep it plain or put whatever you want in it. it is also pretty cheap as well

absolutely and they have a variety of different types of protein to choose from. you can also control the amount of flavoring that is added in. you basically have control over everything with your protein

yep me too. those days if you used regular shipping it took forever to come in haha.

also if you want a good recipe for protein pudding.

makes a mounds candy bar take the almond butter out and you got an almond joy

2 scoops whey iso coconut flavor
1/3 or 1/4 cup cream of rice
hersey's sugar free chocolate syrup
1 tbl spoon almond butter
