I started taking this a couple weeks ago. Not sure what I am getting out of it, if anything? Anyone take, or have taken it? What brand did you use?

I started taking it. My caps are 300mg. I take 1 every 3 days. What I have notice is my enlarged prostate is not so enlarged anymore. I know because I don't have to run for the bathroom in the morning. I can easily let my fur babies out. Then strole to the bathroom myself. This stuff works and it will be a matter of time beore the FDA makes this stuff a med -

I take it. I get 20 grams from beyond a century for a little above $10 I think. I can only tell a diff as an anti E if I take 250-300 mg ed. When I was doing BioT pellet TRT the doc tried to sell me thirty 200 mg DIM caps for $50. I said no thanks and bought powder instead. came with a 100 mg scoop, does not really taste bad if you chase it with water. Normally take it with a meal.
Anyway I think it works but is not real powerful. That said it can definitely lower E some."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
