I love this stuff. I go through about 3# of it a week. I eat it right out of the jar. In between meals, for a snack. Sometimes with sugar free syrup stirred in.
Love it.
PS it is not fattening at all. I still maintain fairly low BF%. It presently at 11% at 224 #
Jiffy reduced fat easy 2 bottles a week. I put them on rice cakes nice and thick

just peanut butter for me
I have my favorites at the top of my list is Krogers Store brand. It is always consistant and the flavor is better than any I have tasted
I just went grocery shopping and they had the Stop n Shop brand 2 for $3 and the Straberry Jelly on sale as well. You know me, got in on it and I'll have at least 2 PB&J sandwiches everyday for work !!!
I get natty PB from sprouts. it's only ingredient is peanuts. I add several drops of stevia to it ad it maes it sweet like jiff or peter pan but without the sugar.
fuzo I used to eat the reduced fat until I saw what was in it............Hydrogenated oils are the absolute worst. I am surprised Baby has not gotten on to you about it.

I love peanut butter. Chrunchy peanut butter specifically. My favorite is Jif because the peanut chunks are bigger than everyone else's.
I spread it on rice cakes and put honey on it occasionally - that's a tasty snack. I LOVE it in a nice, crunchy apple (Fuji's are my favorite). I go thru a lb a week during apple season. It's good using celery as a scoop, also...

I just had one of my favorite night time snacks: crunchy pb and honey on a rice cake! Used to be pb and H sandwiches, but since having to be gluten free the rice cakes make a decent enough vehicle for the PB&H!
