Rice and Quinoa Hot Cereal

Picked up a new "TRY" at Trader Joes. I am a nut for nature and this is a bowl of
"tastes like nature". It is going to take me some getting used too, cause it tastes like dirt, lol. I usually do not add anything to my hot cereal. I made some for Fuzo and doctored it up but he still wouldn't eat it. If its good for me and my body likes it, I will learn to like it even if it tastes like ass,lol . Probably will not make it my daily thing though because it is a small bag and wont last very long

put protein powder and pb in it. if it's kind of like cream of rice it will turn it into a pudding. i love the stuff myself and it's like a treat. you can even put pb and sugar free jelly in it and pretend it is a pb and jelly sandwich haha

I use almond butter over PB.....many studies show PB isn't really good for you.

I ldo like PB and I but the one with peanuts only , oil floating on top. Mix it up and grab a spoon!
