    I went to a personal trainer 5 weeks ago. This to get a clean diet to lower my bf%. He used caliper for measuring bf.

    And it was well invested money. In 5 weeks I have lowered my bf from 19.8 to 16.1%. A reduction with 8.6lbs of fat Plus that I have put on 2.2lbs of lbm.

    He changed my training program too, so now I´m spending 20 min less in the gym.

    numbers sound encouraging, but how do you look? a personal trainer that is making money off you is likely to take skinfolds in places that can give the numbers he/she wants you to hear. I hope it's legit..but you'll know it for sure when you change holes in your belt
    There is no substitute for experience......

      Bio what are ur stats...height ... weight etc. and what diet (exactly) does the PT have you on (more specific the better)
