For years egg whites has been my 1st meal and last meal while bulking or cutting. So I wanted to try something new and see what happens. Starting Monday I am going to eat 14 egg whites 6 times a day for 7 days only adding grits as carbs and olive oil as fat and see what happens. After all why not?

I like it. Just whites, no yokes? How much olive oil and grits?
I know you like real food do you do protein powder at all? Any intra workout carbs?
I might try it myself. I am tired of looking for recipes, lmao.

Sorry I just updated this. Been dealing with internet date problems. Got to love living in the sticks lol. Still on same plan but switched 3 meals to grilled chicken thighs this past week. Carbs have been less then 75g ED post workout and yes I feel like shit! Look great and now its time for a re feed
