Yes you fill out again Fuzo but there is no better way to cut fat fast than with keto diet. I use it after indulging through the holidays to lower my BF then I get serious about a clean diet again when I start eating carbs again and do not gain fat. You will put on several pounds of water weight. Like you said that fills you out but the fat is gone.

was watching that biggest looser program with my wife. There were twins on there. One of them got hurt and could not work out. the trainer put him on low carb diet. Even though he was sedentary and not working out he lost more fat than his brother who was eating a clean carb based diet and training every day.

It does work and is a tool for anyone who wishes to use it. I say if you want to lean out fast then try it. (4-5 days of "keto flu" is a ***** but can be mitigated for the most part. Once past it is easy)

Long term? No way. I feel carbs are essential to the body. Now if you are a diabetic, lower carb is what seems to be the plan to follow. Good complex carbs are still needed. A quick fast carb is always good too to have for those sugar dropping moments

you will not find a more dedicated more discipline person than i am and i say it sucks ass and isnt worth it. you lose muscle like a champ and you feel like dog shit if your body is cut out for it. some people's bodies do great on no carbs but mine is a no go. you can like jipped said drop a good amount of weight in a very short amount of time without much effort. for me it was a miserable and brutal experience

now after all that negative talk from me it does have one good trade off. it will increase the hell out of your insulin sensitivity. which in turn will help your body use and process glucose more effectively once you put your carbs back in.

Same for me my friend. I couldn't stay on it very long. My energy was gone after the first couple of weeks and I just felt terrible. I'm at a happy medium now. For me, every thing in moderation.

I’ve been almost completely no carb for 14 days now and I’ve been mixing in 17-24 hours of intermittent fasting everyday. I’m down 12 pounds and my energy level has been really high. No headaches or indigestion at all which I usually struggle with constantly.

Guns and skel. Most of the time it is error in the diet. One must eat a lot more fat than you think and add magnesium supp and eat more salt. You do not loose muscle, you drop water. The cells are smaller as they are not pumped up from insulin pushing water and glycogen in them.

I think 95% of people could do it. If you feel bad after 5 days, most folk blame it on the diet when they should blame it on THEIR own diet. 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs. Most body builders still want to eat tons of protein so your body just gets hypo as the abundance of protein is slowly turned into carbs through gluconeogenesis in the liver.

TXSS13 glad to hear you are doing well. once you get over the hump of the 4-5 days the mental clarity is incredible and sustained energy levels is great. I like that I do not get sleepy after a meal and fasting is WAY easier and not at all uncomfortable.

tried every approach with this attack man. low pro high fat high pro medium fat high pro high fat. my body says fuck off it isnt having it at all. i have found that cycling carbs and not getting into keto for an extended period works far better and keeps the body from adapting. that's what i have found tinkering around with different approaches

                  Re: These Non Carb diets

Best for ppl who have a hard time losing fat and for women who normally have bad sweet cravings in prep. Palumbo style keto does wonders for the right person. My metabolism is way too fast for it and I lose muscle too easy. If you are having a hard time losing bodyfat give it a try IMO.
