  • Woohoo Low Carb bread!!

Found this about a month ago, and i have been loving my diet, eating sandwhiches, which is usually a no-no when cutting. Its made by "Nature's Own". Tastes good, is a little dry, but that can be expected. Each slice has 7g of carbs, 6g of protein, and 1g of fat, and about 60 cals. High fiber too, like 3g or something. I was hungry, and for my second meal today i ate 2 two slice sandwhiches, and a salad, it just doesnt seem right. MMM MMM

Just at the regular grocery store:
        Heres the ingredient list:
Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat protein, Wheta Gluten, Soy Protein, Corn Starch, Yeast
The rest arent important, it contains less than 2% of those

                carbs in this bread

This brand of bread has only 5 grams of carbs, per slice. You deduct the fiber amount. The carbs in the bread are from wheat, and people who think this bread tastes like shit.....well so does diet coke.

I think it tastes the exact same as "regular" wheat bread. "Wheat'n Fiber" is the name of it from Nature's Own. If you're dieting, try cutting one slice in half and making half of a "double-decker" type sandwich. That's one less peice of bread you eat.

Is that type of bread too thick and filling?

actually there are 3 grams of fiber so subtract that from your total carb
