I saw this stupid meme today on facebook.
Not all calories are created equal. I will take the nutrient dense, good fat calories from the salad any day over the garbage calories from bread and saturated fat in a burger brg.jpg
If I make the burgers at home they compare to a salad if not even better. I would much rather eat a burger than a salad but I do like spinach salads or chicken ceasar salad
Calories do not show the whole picture. One could eat a salad every day and another could eat a burger every day and the person eating the burger would in 99% of cases gain more fat due in part mainly to the high GI bun causing the body to create insulin and shuttling fat to the cells.
Also that would be less than a 1/4 # burger patty which has 250 calories
Yeah I would eat the burger but if I do that it will be a good one. five guys bacon cheese burger 750 calories. oh plus a big bag of fries with the cajun seasoning! (because a burger without fries is like a sandwich with jelly and no peanutbutter.
Or you could eat a salad with your burger................NAWWWWWWWWWW!
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
