For getting better what would you pick a man or women and why. Who dom you feel most comfortable with. Ivehad both but mostly males when I hadf all my surgeries I personaly found them they can get tougher more deeper in those tight ares,But Ive also had some swedish Olga type women who kick your ass

the best pt i have ever had was a female that probably weight about 90lbs. she was strong brutal and ruthless. the other 2 therapists that i see now are hefty ladies and they are just as good. never had any good experience with male pt. they tend not to give a damn around my area and that goes on the military and the civilian side as well.
i will put it out there this way: the little one was so brutal and i knew what was coming. as soon as she would come out to get me from the waiting room i would start pouring the sweat. that's how bad she worked me overTGBSupplements REP
