your abs are great...awesome!!!!!! wat kinda ab work do you do? im trying to get more focused on mine now and can use any helpful tips!
how much protein you takin in a day? and do you squat?

I'm 32. I'll be 33 in July.
As for my ab routine... I usually do abs 2 to 3 times a week. It consist of crunches, hanging leg raises, crunches on the ball and 2 ab machines at the gym. I get the best burn from crunches on the ball.
I eat about 185 to 200 grams of protein a day. This may seem a little high for me but, I'm trying to gain muscle and I have a really high metabolism so, I have to eat so, I don't burn muscle.
