Since this is a fitness discussion board, I'll give you a little critique..

You have a very nice frame, abs are smoking. I think you could stand to put some more muscle on your upper body and arms though.

I'm working on it!! You have to remember, I've only been training since Dec. so, I'm not going to have that big of gains that fast!!
