the bottom 2 before and afters were only 8 weeks progress. to note also these are clients all from this year. ; ) just getting started but people are really starting to see my knowledge and passion in this field. I got 2 girls stepping on the national stage in 6 weeks look out for them ladies!

12 week plans are 250 and 16 week plans are 300. im not spendy I do this out of love for the sport more than anything. it disgusts me when I see "prep coaches" charge 1000 dollars for prep. its insane how is anyone ever suppose to compete at that cost for a coach alone!
