Fantastic pic.
Used to train at Armbrust Pro Gym when it was known as Harry's Pro gym, in Wheatridge. Thats where Phil trains mostly now. Its a real throwback gym. Its small, without any expensive equipment, just hard core iron.

These guys use alot of drugs, and have crazy dedication, but I'd have to say all the top guys are genetic freaks. Not really fair to compare yourself to them, very few people on the planet look like they do. NPC guys are a bit more realistic goal for most and even they're pretty damn impressiveComment
