If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Ty!^ Still hangin in there..this diet sucks!, but its the only way im gonna get to where I want to be in a short period. I want to be to my goal by end of next wk or near that, but I have to stay off the clen/helios..Im still doin the Primo @ 75mg/wk though, and I think it will be wk 4 on it. I know im def feeling strength gains, but starting to feel lythergic, prob a combination of all the cardio and this effin heat.. Im drinkin alot of fluids, but getting cramps mostly in the lower legs and sometimes in the sides of my neck. Ill have to delete some pics later to post new ones, cuz it wont let me. Im really old so its nice gettin some props from you guys..thx! 0x

Nah...im used to it..but I dont normally get called "cougar" cuz I dont really look that old..Puma? Hey, ive heard that term too. I dont go aft younger guys, but it appears they go aft me. One thing i cant stand is some guy thats out of shape at like 40 or even younger then think im gonna be interested.? You know, the ones that drink beer and have guts..
