Ok, be kind..been in the hospital for some time..Just started training and doin this total protein diet. Been on Primo/Clen for about 2wks.

O2 just tryin to get cut..Abs startin to show again..maybe another wk or so. Its hard bein off for so long and getting back. Off carbs almost completely and doin all protein and some fiber in form of oat bran...Sometimes just alittle nat pnut butter in my shake and that is it. Taking supplements like 1000mg ester C time release, multi, flax oil, triple chlorophyll, MetRX AMPED for training, one 82mg asprin, some caffeine in my shake, 3-4 32oz of water a day. May use alittle lasix later to dry out further, but for now the spiro along with the primo and clen are just starting to work. It usually takes me around wk 4 to start seein anything off the primo..sigpic

Very nice!! I have tried planks a couple of times lately and they seem pretty good. My ab roller smokes my complete core more than anything I've ever done.
