K..I added some fats James..and yes, the weight is coming off faster Ty! Now that this diet is down..its just a matter of time and training. Ill post up some pics in a wk or two for progress.

I have had great response to weighted hanging leg raise/crunch. I put my arms through straps, let legs all the way down til I'm stretched out, then pull my knees all the way to my elbows. I started body weight 3 x 10 and now can do it with 20 lbs strapped to my feet. From my upper thighs all the way to my serratus is smoke after these. Can't get much more of a complete stretch to max contraction than these. Once you get tired trying hold your knees to your elbows is intense.

^Yeah! When the Doc said im good to go..Im like "Yea!!" I started the very next day. I tell u this diet and trainin is kickin my butt! Havent been able to do this in over 2yrs. Its time now to get to biz! Want to see how long the muscle memory will take to get back to where i was. Last Saturday got alittle carried away and went off the diet, lol! Been back on strict now. Only alittle nat fat. Diet is essentially 2 isolate protein shakes with 3 egg whites ( one in the am and one post wo). I also have oat bran in the mornings. I can eat all the chicken and steaks I want but nothing else. No added anything cep for spices on the meat. This is effin hard!.. Ive been on the Primo @50mg/wk for the first 2wks then upped it to 75mg and also running a mix of helios with added clen, two days on, one off, cuz the helio doesnt have enough clen..and I dont like shootin 2ml in the abs lol! Ill update on pics once I get closer to the goal.

Primo is starting to work. Im off the clen for now. Still the diet is the hardest part..eating only protein is hard..and I have added alittle fat, not much.
its like a sit up where you take a weight and raise it over your shoulders at arms length the whole time.
those and the ab wheel are are heavy hitters of my ab routine.
I got my whole gym doing them. they thought I looked stupid at first...
