hey guys,

long time no post! i haven't been on any boards lately... just been really busy with work, training, and the woman... so not much posting for me. anyways, i'm living in venice, CA and training at the gold's there.. pretty cool getting to see some of the best physiques in the world; really keeps you humble.

i hope everyone is doing well.. i am going to try and check in when i am home in the evenings. here is a shot of me taken about 4 weeks ago, right when i started my "see food" diet lololol!!!! i am proud to say that i am much fatter now.

i am about 240 in this shot, at a hair under 6'2".

yeah, it is really amazing here.. i cannot believe how lucky i am to live the life i have. i am not saying it's all roses, but i live near the beach, have LA at my doorstep, am surrounded by latinas, have a good job, and get to train at gold's venice!!!! i never thought i would get to train there.

and ironpumpedlady, the beach is my thing. being able to go there any time i want, any time of year is just wicked.

horsepower, the surf varies really... sometimes it is really good, sometimes not. they don't let people surf near swimmers any more though, which is good for the surfers. the lifeguards keep the swimmers out of their areas.
