5'8, 224. trying to drop some fat...trim up a bit. hoping to have what i'm looking for around 212-215...i'll try to get some better pics up, then i'll post some around mid june. was really wanting to hit 230 this winter and i think i could have been there if i didnt catch that flu that wouldnt quit!! lost about 9lbs in about 9days!!!
