Haven't posted here in a while, but wanted to get a recent pic up. I'll be 44 in two months, been lifting damn near 25 years. Juiced once when I was 39, light test and deca mix, didn't notice a whole lot. Currently have been running HGH at 2 iu's a day 5 days a week for 2 years straight now. Love that stuff. Keeps me lean as hell and my blood tests every 6 months come back perfect. My Doc knows I'm on and says he wishes his blood looked like mine. Definetly good for us older lifters. Any older lifters out there definetly give it a try. Keep on pumping.

I'd definetly recommend it for anyone over 35. Some younger guys in the gym take it and aren't impressed. I know for a fact it has helped me, As far as safer, as I mentioned I get my blood checked every 6 months and it comes back perfect. My cholesterol is way low and I eat a crapload of red meat. Wow you're looking really good Bra ! alotta guys think you're all washed up and over the hill after 35, what a bunch of crass ! I forget im really 41 most of the time..well all the time. again your hard work has paid off and you look great..better than most of the younger "air lat" clowns I see struttin around.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
