Once again thanks for the props all. At 28 I would not suggest GH. There are alot more knowledgeable bros on here to recommend something else. Your GH level starts to decline in your mid 30's. Some younger guys who take it take high amounts and report results, but in my experience and age no more than 2 iu's a day is fine. Younger guys I know that take high amounts complain of pretty bad joint pain and to me that is an unacceptable side affect.Originally posted by boostn View PostComment
