        why do u say that, not doubting you just would like to know whats the reasoning is behind that theory

        have you ever seen Pumping Iron? Arnold explaines it in the movie about keeping the blood pumping....when you train ,lets say you do a set of ten.then take a break...when you take to long of a break you allow ur muscle to cool down right..thats not what ya want...the shorter the breaks you keep blood pumped into that muscle..by doing this you work the dormant muscle fibers that you dont hit when you take to long of a break...you have millions of muscle fibers that dont get stimulated and thus they do not grow to full capacity right.....you have to activate them ....and by keeping the blood in that muscle the whole time you train you activate them... plus the pump you get is so much better.....

          now its not something you are going to for weeks and weeks but it will be a good change for dave..will shock the muscle cuz they are used to the same old thing...thats why i try to change things up from time to time..keeps my body guessing..

                well, i usually change exersizes and order of exersizes, but i never really went higher than the 5-8 range. and, my rest's were 2-3 min's....todays workout was 90-120 sec rest and 12-15 range for the most part...we'll see. i wish i had a camara now, lol...definatly better after a workout, than 3 days out from a workout, lol

                  Lookin solid Dave good base ! Hows ur diet ? What I do is take a 2-3 week break to get some rest and come back strong switch the routine up and try something new your body is worked/tired .Shock your body dont do the same routine. And shave that hair "Leuitenant Dan said ,You better shave that hair before you trip over em wires n cut n tangle yourself"
