Looking good Dave...Dont stay in the plateau to long..Change up your workouts, intensity, diet or all three for a length of time. Whenever I hit a wall I go to the drawing board and make some new goals. Looking solid and lean at the same time. Keep up the good fight bro, and maybe change a few things break the barrier.

            Re: daved150 pics

I change to high volume training for 6-8 weeks at at time concentrating on pump and really squeezing the muscle. This will help if you have been going low reps high weight for awhile...I find sometimes when I go high weight low reps I tend to cheat once in awhile and use secondary muscles when primary are fatigued. There is nothing wrong with that as you gain size from it imo...But at a plateau I would go to high reps for awhile and concentrate on just the muscle being worked. Add a few drop sets and failure sets to each muscle group and you will be well on your way )

good work Dave. I have read your other posts and I know you have changed your body. You should be proud of what you have done. I tell ya man, after I diet down to a low BF%, the rebound I get after the diet really makes me grow.

i like what Corrodo has put up there...i also like high volume training bro....i do all my sets slow....i have my heavy weeks but most the time i pick a solid weight i can get 8-10 times and i do the slow....not quite a negative but slower then most do there sets..i do negatives the last set.....

key is to keep the blood in the muscle you are training for at least 45-60 min..
very short breaks....thats why i like this DC training bro...you work them DMF that never get worked....but its not for every one.....try it sometime.....

                  Re: daved150 pics

To add what BG said...I would stick to straight sets for awhile and then if you decide to go train DC you can. Its actually a low volume training principal with alot of joint and faliure work. Id stick with straight sets with a drop set at the end or set to failure. One bodypart a day...and just burn the shiit out of it.

                      looking good....

shock the system with something new.... i have been doing 2 exercises per muscle but hitting like 5 or 6 working sets of each... maybe a drop set or two as well

why do u say that, not doubting you just would like to know whats the reasoning is behind that theory.
