Great work Corrodo my friend. I have enjoyed talking with you and seeing how you are changing and giving advice when I can. You are truly my brother and anything I can help with you just say the word. I was actually going to try and show up at the show but my wife's family is having a reunion in Baton Rouge that weekend so we will be there but I will be waiting on the phone call bro. Maybe you can video it or something. I dont know if they allow cameras or if they sell vids of the show. Whatever the case you deserve a big hand for all the heart and effort you have shown in your first contest prep. Wish you all the best my friend.

YOu have a ton of meat on the outer quad dude!!

A little more around the inner knee and you won't have any worries at all.
You're holding on to very good size while getting leaner all the time.

YES 8 DAYS AWAY!!!!!! THANK GOD!!! LOL I start my depletion diet and workouts here in the next few days so that isnt going to be fun but the workouts and cardio will be less which is nice.

I am 237 today at 5% and on track, just need to get through this next week and dial it in next weekend. I have a pretty good plan but this being my first big show it will be a learning experience but know how my body works and have some good help. So Thanks everyone and will update when I get back next weekend Hopefully with good news.
