Here are some snap shots at 6 weeks out I was to lazy to put up last week...been busy and started cardio am and pm this weekend (4 weeks out)....I was 249-253 depending on day and time. Sitting at 245 today..So on track for 235ish in 4 weeks....I felt I was a little behind at 6 weeks out and have picked up the pace and working my azz off...Still holding decent mass but feel flat as hell, which is normal at this point.
Thanks Sal. I think its common to think your behind from what most have told me. A few guys I trust tell me Im good to go but its so mental from day to day as you know...lol Starting this week just going to hit cardio 2x a day for 5 days a week and 3 days a week lifting (M-chest, should, tris...W- Legs and calves, Fri- Back, traps, and bis. and one extra day to fine tune some things. Abs almost everyday at home after night cardio. Hopefully stop all cardio and weights a week out...If I cant then Tues FOR SURE..And legs ten days out.
Looking nice and lean. IMO you size has maintained very well for being 6 weeks out. Whatever you are doing keep it up brother.

Thanks guys!! 4 weeks away, so its crunch time and starting to get nervous but will be relieved when its all over, and will feed my face for a few days straight!!! But not going to baloon back up, or atleast try not to....lol CANT WAIT!!!
