    1. I have trouble working my legs because I have this thing in my right knee called 'Osgood Schlaterer'. I've had it since I was 13. Everytime I start working my legs I start having trouble walking, and I get mega pain in my knee even when doing something simple like sitting without moving. As soon as I cut leg workouts out of my routine the pain stops. So I don't ever work legs. (which is obvious) HAHA.

    2. I'm actually trying to bulk and drop some bf% at the same time. My arms and upper body are so tight you can't even squeeze any skin. My back needs to be toned but I don't have proper machines at home. I will be selling my equipment soon and getting a gym membership since the weight room will now be my soon to be baby boys bedroom. So as soon as I get to the gym, I'll be hitting my back hard. The only back workout I do now is shrugs.

I currently am 6'2.5" @ 185lbs. I'm trying to get back to 200lbs but with low bf% this time. Within the next 2 years I'm hoping to hit my lifetime goal of 220lbs of ripped muscle. But we'll see how attainable that is!
The knee thing is a downer. seems that disease may be partly due to sports injury and the like , i read that it affects adolescents , does it typically resolve or presumably it may stay ( i dont know how old you are).

Strength and weight wise you are missing out if you cant train the legs, I guess youve looked into it all and there is nothing to be done

im guessing if you were able to train your legs to the same extent as your legs , theres probably a good few pounds that would come relatively easy if it werent for the injury.

Funny thing is I only do shrugs and I use the reverse roman chair for back. That's it. I wonder if other workouts have helped my back a lot?

Thanks guys! Yeah I'm totally stoked about getting a gym membership. I can't wait to see my progress when I really start working my back. Sucky part is my genes are good for arms and back, but my chest seems to always lack no matter what I do. Plus I have a disproportionately long torso so my chest looks extra small with my 8 pack!
