Here's two pics. One showing I finally hit the 17" arm mark and the other is a back shot my wife took while I was working out. Let's hear the constructive criticism.

Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)

Re: Digglers new pics......
Do you think your calves are lagging slightly? Genuinely trying be constructive.
A little more substance to them would make a fair bit of difference aesthetically, as would a slight drop in bodyfat , obviously if you are bulking right now or a happy as you are fine but if you are looking on advice on how to improve on what youve go so far , that is what I would say. Apart from that keep on going till you reach the goals you have.

Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated! That's the only way people can sometimes know what to change.Originally posted by littlebritain View PostDo you think your calves are lagging slightly? Genuinely trying be constructive.

1. I have trouble working my legs because I have this thing in my right knee called 'Osgood Schlaterer'. I've had it since I was 13. Everytime I start working my legs I start having trouble walking, and I get mega pain in my knee even when doing something simple like sitting without moving. As soon as I cut leg workouts out of my routine the pain stops. So I don't ever work legs. (which is obvious) HAHA.
2. I'm actually trying to bulk and drop some bf% at the same time. My arms and upper body are so tight you can't even squeeze any skin. My back needs to be toned but I don't have proper machines at home. I will be selling my equipment soon and getting a gym membership since the weight room will now be my soon to be baby boys bedroom. So as soon as I get to the gym, I'll be hitting my back hard. The only back workout I do now is shrugs.
I currently am 6'2.5" @ 185lbs. I'm trying to get back to 200lbs but with low bf% this time. Within the next 2 years I'm hoping to hit my lifetime goal of 220lbs of ripped muscle. But we'll see how attainable that is!
