Dude, I am definately way to strickon my back form. In every video you see of him or Ronnie or even Dorian they all use momentum on their rows and their lat pulls. Also, I noticed the they all three pull their rows toward their upper back. Seated rows they lean back past perpendicular, bent over rows they aren't even bent over (LOL), and lat pulls they start upright and lean back about 45 degrees. It's so confusing because you expect the guys at that level to have the best form but in actuality they don't. They use momentun to move that weight. I may have to lesson up on that a little because I try not to use any momentum at all and as a result I use less weight than most guys on most back exercises.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Not to sound like a jerk but I'd expect him to have a much nicer place, with much nicer amenities with such fame. I mean the bathroom was okay. Not to modern by any means. His closet was far from elegant, didn't even have raised panel faces, crown molding, fluted fillers, or anything like that. It was all in all very very plain. I just expected someone that famous to have a very modern, extravagant place.
Even his car was ok. You can get a 2000 Jaguar for about $15k these days.
Bodybuilding wise he's very impressive. But house wise he wouldn't be ready for cribs by a longshot!Comment

^All depends on where ya live Dig, lol! Example: A 250K home in IL would prob cost over 500K in CA. Im not saying he couldn't have done a better job thou. Alot of ppl don't have much experience when it comes to building their own home and if you don't ask questions when your picking a contractor/builder their not going to tell you what to do. Its obvious hes proud of what he did, so ya got to give him that much.Comment
