Dude, I am definately way to strickon my back form. In every video you see of him or Ronnie or even Dorian they all use momentum on their rows and their lat pulls. Also, I noticed the they all three pull their rows toward their upper back. Seated rows they lean back past perpendicular, bent over rows they aren't even bent over (LOL), and lat pulls they start upright and lean back about 45 degrees. It's so confusing because you expect the guys at that level to have the best form but in actuality they don't. They use momentun to move that weight. I may have to lesson up on that a little because I try not to use any momentum at all and as a result I use less weight than most guys on most back exercises.

i'm glad i'm not the only one to notice that sh*t...i start thinking like you do, then i remember...their pro's! i probobly couldnt get away with that sh*t, so i better stick to strict! lol

^All depends on where ya live Dig, lol! Example: A 250K home in IL would prob cost over 500K in CA. Im not saying he couldn't have done a better job thou. Alot of ppl don't have much experience when it comes to building their own home and if you don't ask questions when your picking a contractor/builder their not going to tell you what to do. Its obvious hes proud of what he did, so ya got to give him that much.

Oh I wasn't picking on his layout of his home. I'm saying with the money that guy makes you'd think he would remodel it to be way more modern & luxurious. Here's an example.....

In my bathroom I bought one of those surface mounted bowls with a real fancy cabinet, a tower faucet, new tub, new toilet, new tiles, new mirror, new lighting, and totally remodeled everything with vibrant colors. Total cost less than $2000.00. You can't tell me that he couldn't afford that. Plus just adding a few pictures, maybe some color to some of his walls instead of making it look like a damn hospital. It doesn't take a ton of money or a builder to do things like that.

Plus his closet was pretty lame. He could have added a few extra's to make it better looking....some crown molding, fillers, rosettes and maybe even a mounted hamper. That also almost always has nothing to do with the builder. I can tell you that as fact since almost all builders tell me they don't like putting things like that in new builds. Doesn't make much sense to me. But then again most builders I've come across arent the brightest either!

which bb'er was on cribs? was it titus? all i remember is he opened his fridge and you could see slin and other refrigerated items up on the top shelf of the fridge door,lol.
