Just wanted to show you my progress after 3 months of dieting. The first pic is of my bicep at 198lbs and around 18.6% bodyfat. The second pic is me as of today 179lbs and 14.3% bodyfat. I'm trying very hard to get down to 10% before my next cycle. Hoepfully I'll at least get to 12% by the end of this month!!! Let me know what you guys think!

In that case stop doing any bicep work and specifically work on only your forearm. The goal here would be to have ridiculously huge forearms and tiny biceps.......
