Just wanted to show you my progress after 3 months of dieting. The first pic is of my bicep at 198lbs and around 18.6% bodyfat. The second pic is me as of today 179lbs and 14.3% bodyfat. I'm trying very hard to get down to 10% before my next cycle. Hoepfully I'll at least get to 12% by the end of this month!!! Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks bro. In March I had started doing low-GI and taking ephedrine w/ Lipo-6. Starting today I stopped the ephedrine and lipo-6. I'm just going to be doing Atkins. I've been doing 1 hr of cardio 3 nights a week and 30 minutes of cardio 2 nights a week. I've been burning about 1000 to 1100 calories during the 1hr cardio sessions. I still can't lose the spare tire though. It's gone down a little but still not completely deflated!!!! LOLOriginally posted by crombie09Wow! Great job. Keep the progress pics coming. In that case stop doing any bicep work and specifically work on only your forearm. The goal here would be to have ridiculously huge forearms and tiny biceps.......
