      Well the only thing I have working for me is I'm like 1/16 native american from my mom's side. So, after many many attempts I actually develope a redish tan color. Just nothing as dark as native american of course. My wife on the other hand, can go out in the sun twice without any sun tan lotion and she turns brown. I'm serious. In the 7 years I've known her I've never seen her get burned. She got a little red once when we first moved to Colorado, but the next day it was tan. I get red, I stay red, until I peel that is.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

              5'10" and somewhere between 235 and 240. I was down to 230 but prior to missing the gym I got so slammed with work I was only making it like twice a week for 4 weeks and then all this time off I know I've gained some fat. I can feel it in my waist when I put pants on.

              You know, before I ever worked out I was this tall and 140 pounds. I was a stick figure. My calves never did anything until I started running track. I ran the 100 relay, 400 relay, 200 and 400. I also started doing drop sets on standing calf rasies for 3-4 sets. I would put as much as I could for like 6 reps and then drop 50 pounds until I was at body weight. I did a similar thing with delts in doing drop sets on lateral raises and I've been told that my calves and delts are probably my two best features. When I am training I literally only do 2 working sets for calves and 3 working sets for delts. I think all the drop sets gave me the foundation I have. But then again, it's probably just genetics and no matter what I do I'd have good calves and delts. I just wish the same was true for my arms. That's another reason I do so little for my delts is they make my arms look even smaller. It's primarily the biceps that suck. I just don't have very good bicep genetics.
