I haven't been in the gym in 5 weeks (work, went out of town and was sick as hell for two weeks) and I haven't hit legs in over 6 weeks. But yet, here is what my calves look like today cold. I love having leg genetics. Of course, my upper body has gone to shit, but I guess you just have to be thankful for what we got.

LOL, man don't you know I'm Skandinavian? I go from white to red. LOL It literally takes me weeks to get any kind of a tan and when I do it's gone in just a few days. I kid you not. I spent one summer hitting the pool about 4 days a week. I actually go tan, not dark, tan and it was gone within a week when we got a cold spell. So, I don't even try. If I'm going to the beach I will hit the tanning bed for a couple months so I wont burn but other than that, it's not worth the effort.Originally posted by FUZOI used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
