no i cant stay like this all year long...dieting sucked big time and got sick of it....well i will be puffed up again in july

Damn. I love the tricep pose. Vascularity is so important. Lookin good Pally. The calves and quads look amazing to. I just wanna see a full shoulder flex pose. Your Traps don't stand out as much. Let's see a good flex on the trapezius' photo.

Now that's what I'm talkin' bout. Nice spread there big boy. Vascularity is nice, traps look good, biceps, triceps, calves, quads, all lookin swole.

There were 2 pictures actually, and that was in another life. I don't think I will ever look like that again. Unless I wanted to spend $1500 a month and work out 5 days a week and watch my family fall apart. But thanks for the compliment.
