          back: front lat pulldown
          barbell rows
          seated row, but from teh top
          dumbells row
          t row but single arm
          quarter dead lift(haven't done em for 4 months now) but starting tonight again


          tricep: close bench press
          reverse bench press
          french curls
          trice extension wt dumbell single arm
          dips

          bicep: straight bar
          dumbell curls
          incline dumbell curls
          concentration curls
          cable from top

                      yes i do..that is my routine... and i'am not different tahn any1 else..i'am a human and not a machine..its all about how heavy u go, taking rest between each sets, not bullshitting at teh gym and talking, letting ur blood gets too cold, eating habit and SLEEPIN...i have been out (DC, clubbing for 6 months and not going not till 2007)...rest, rest, rest, and trust me abomb, u will grow and be bigger than me ....

                        at my gym, every1 knows my routine..and some of em , they follow each exr that i do and sets and reps, but htey party all the time and not enough food and sleep

                          Taurine is kind of like the herbal remedy. Slow K i still a bodybuilders favorite cramp medicine from lack of potassium. Comparing taurine to Slow K is like comparing Androstenedione to Testosterone cyp

                              Wait I don't get it.. how many muscle groups do you do each day..

                              This is what I've been doing and looks like its working but I'm always looking to put and try something new..

                              Lets say I'm doing back..I'll do about 4 to 5 different exercises about 4 sets of each 10-12 reps.. medium/heavy weight.. as I'm looking to cut up not add mass..

                              So.. on a back day..I do 4 sets on tbar rows.. the ones you step up on top.. then I do.. tbar rows with chest support therefore you don't jerk your weight.. then I do seated rows..after that theres this machine that does my uper back and lats at the same time..

                              now i started doing arms like this..

                              barbel curls..after that i imediately go and do a set of triceps pushdowns..no rest and i keep going back and forth until i complete 4 sets of each meaning 8 sets total.. 4 for biceps 4 for triceps..

                              this keeps my pumps up..and blood moving.. i might also add some drop sets on machine curls..

                              for shoulders.. i don't do dubmell presses anymore because my left rotator cuff is not well.. what do you think mikey ?

                                i do one body part a day....
                                no more than 3 sets per exercises

                                shoulders: u need to do exer that does not bothers u......
                                and i hate going back to back ..Take a rest adn KEEP ON TRAINIG HEAVY EVEN IF U ARE CUTTING UP BUT CUT UR CARBS AND CALORIES AND FAT
