        LOOKING BIG AND SOLID...SORY ABOUT UR GIRL..I KNOW THE FEELING..WT MINE I DROPPED 12 POUNDS IN 4 DAYS AND WE GOT BACK TOGEHTR LIKE 2 WEEKS AGO, AND FEELING MUCH BETTER..

          im at 240 now, but i cant train heavy on back day because i tore my bicep tendon a few montha back, doing rows relaly stresses the tendon, i got up to using 160 lb DBs for rows, no i jsut use the machine for those and do shrugs
