i got up to 235, had the worst breakup with a girlfriend in my entire life, i was still on cycle lost like 10-12 lbs in 3 days because i couldnt eat anything i felt like shit, i was at my leanest and looking good though, now i am back to eating a shit load and gained the weight back and am holding a lot of water weight, i am a smooth, fat bloated whale but im big as a house so all is well, its winter afterall
