                  I don't think it was your water as much as the need to hit your lats more, IMO. The lats have become a staple of bodybuilding ever since Lee Haney came on the seen. Your traps are great, your erectors are great, but your lats just need more width to give you that pronounced V. Everything else looks good and thick bro. Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not trying to kick you while your down, just give my personal opinion. You have such good arms, delts and traps, they overpower your lats. I would make that the primary focus of my training and I bet you totally kick ass next show.
                  I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                    Time to give you guys an update, its been awhile now and i'm back up to
                    270lbs. I have a hernia surgery soon so i might take time off from the gym! Right now i'm concentrating on lats width, abs, hamstrings, and rear delts.
                    if everything goes smooth the ni might do another show in june! diet is gething cleaner, and cardio is being done. just need to wait for surgery.
