This is me a few weeks ago. I am 197lbs and 14-15% BF. I am right now at 204, but I will wait till a few more weeks to take my final pics.

I signed up with IA so I can't release much info. I will say that these pics were only taken 5 weeks into at Test E + Tren E cycle. I didn't use a kickstart so the gear is just now starting to kick in here. I am sure it helped somewhat but not much.

I dieted down natty and added 20lbs on my bench and 20lbs on my squat while losing about 3% BF in only 9 weeks so I was more than happy. This was just the beginnig of my second routine with IA which was a lean bulker.

I am right now at about 203-205 with about the same BF. I am lean bulking and loving it. I have put on little to no fat gain.

Im working with IA... put 40 lbs Deads... about 15-20 on bench/squats in about 6 weeks.. hopefully by week 9 those numbers willl be higher.

You should do it, its more than worth it. I don't get anything for sending people to him, other than the fact that I am helping someone that has helped me. But I wouldn't recommend him if he wasn't worth it.

damn bro, your traps look sick, good job all around ....i just got some info from IA on signing up and am looking to do so in the next month or so.....he gets alot of praise from his clients so i just hope he doesnt fill up on new clients before i can get in there...

He does this for a living. I dont' think he ever fills up on clients. This is his job. Or at least I never heard of him filling up and not taking anymore on.
