If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

i was supposed to start dieting for a november show, i would do the teen class and light heavies but after a day and a half of low carbs i went flat and looked like shit so i am back to my bulking diet. My body is really sensitive to diet changes and i have a really hard time dieting down without losing a lot of muscle.

thanks guys, i wam getting more towards the propotional part. i have been playing catchup the past year or so with my delts. there is a pic on here somewhere wheni first started and my delts were humongous, they are more in prooprtion now to my arms and back, but it took forever, my traps just dont groow very well i am going to start bulking again, right now i am at 225 lbs, i hope to get to 260, i always set my goals high, and usualyl never make them, lol, but i will try my hardest. my tendons are getting better, a few months back i partially tore a tendon in my tricep, it is all better, lately my left bicep tendon has been fuked up, but i am taking a lot of glucosmanine, msm, and chondroitin, that stuff is awesome.
I'm not a bber, so go easy...but right now am hovering around 290 at 6'2". Everyone says that it looks like I'm pushing up my bicep in this pic. I am not. You can dbl check with the other pics here:
